Debt Recovery No Win – No Fee

Receiving your instructions, reviewing case and sending a letter before action (also by email if appropriate); attempting to make contact with the debtor to include advising upon any offers to pay reviewing with you any dispute and discussing further appropriate action. Complying with the pre-action protocol for debt claims. Debt collector visits as required.

Debt under £1000.00,  Our Fee – £200.00
£1000.00 to £10,000.00, Our Fee – 20%
£10,000.01 to £20,000.00, Our Fee – 10%
£20,000.01+ or bulk debts, Our Fee – 5%

Correspondence and telephone calls which do not form part of the no recovery – no fee debt recovery service will be charged at the hourly rate of £145.00 divided into five-minute segments or part thereof.

Possession of Property in England & Wales
Section 21 & Section 8 of the housing act 1988
To include collating and printing the required documents, marking exhibits, drafting county court possession claim form and particulars of claim, arranging for issue and service, advising you of any defence and advising of expected timetable for judgment.

Disbursements

Court fees are payable by you direct to H M Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS).
Debt enforcement fees are payable by you direct to our retained High Court Enforcement Officers or a company of your choice.
Legal representation fees are payable by you direct to your / our retained solicitors or Barristers.
Affidavit fees are charged at cost.
Land registry fees are charged at cost.
